Dedicated to the memory of SHEILA PURDY
This site is a tribute to SHEILA PURDY ("Dimple"), who was born in SCARBOROUGH, N. YORKS on April 24, 1929 and which she loved throughout her life tho living in London, where she passed away peacefully on September 18 2015. Her maternal family had long time connections with the sea and she was a long time member and supporter of RNLI. A loving and devoted wife, mother and grandma for whom her family meant so much, she is much loved by us all and will always be remembered.

Missing you deeply Mum. The year, since you left us, has gone so so quickly I can't believe I've been without your smile and chats for so long. We think about you everyday. Dad & I will be sending your love to Scarborough when we visit tomorrow

As we go into a new and very exciting year, I think of how proud you would be for everything that has happened in our family this year, with an engagement, pregnancy and a new job, and how excited you would be for the new addition to arrive in 2020.
